Pressaday has no accounts and no ads. We keep only what the game needs to work, and nothing that tells us who you are.
Who we are
Pressaday is made by MM Rešitve d.o.o., Dovce 30, 1381 Rakek, Slovenia (info@mm-resitve.com). We are responsible for the data described here.
What we store
- A random device identifier. The app creates it on your phone (on the website it is kept in a cookie), so we know you already pressed today and can keep your streak. It is not linked to your name, email address or phone number.
- Your presses: country, date and time, your number, your streak and the code of your certificate.
- The country you play for and when you last changed it.
- A one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, stored with each press and used only to stop abuse (too many presses from one connection). It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we never store the address itself.
- Atelier purchases: which item you bought, the purchase token Google Play gives us to confirm it, and for Founders the number of the seal. We use this to give you the item and to restore it on a new phone. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or payment details.
- The watch and crown metal you chose, so your phone shows them.
What stays on your phone
- The evening reminder is scheduled on your phone. We do not send it and do not know whether it is on.
- The sound setting.
- The motion sensor is used only to tilt the watch on screen. Its readings never leave your phone.
Your country
When you first choose a country, we suggest one based on your connection. The country comes from our network provider (Cloudflare); we do not look up or store your location. Only the country you choose is stored.
What we do not do
- No accounts, no advertising, no advertising or analytics trackers.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- Fonts and the map of the globe are served from our own server; no third-party font or map services.
Who helps us
- Our hosting provider runs the servers and the database.
- Cloudflare delivers the website and the app’s connection to it and protects it against attacks.
- Google Play handles payments and confirms purchases to us.
They process data only on our behalf or, for Google Play, under their own terms as the seller of record.
Certificates
Each press has a public certificate link. It shows the number, the country and the date (and a Founder seal, if you have one), and nothing that identifies you. It is only shared if you share it.
Why we may use this data
To run the game you chose to play (contract), to keep it fair and secure (legitimate interest), and to keep records of purchases as accounting law requires.
How long we keep it
Presses and certificates stay part of the public registry for as long as Pressaday runs. Purchase records are kept as long as you may need to restore them and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to how we use it. Write to info@mm-resitve.com and include the code of one of your certificates, so we can find your device. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Pressaday is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced in the app.
