Who we are
Pressaday is made by MM Rešitve d.o.o., Dovce 30, 1381 Rakek, Slovenia (info@mm-resitve.com). By using Pressaday you agree to these terms.
The game
Each device may press once a day, for one country. You may change your country freely until your first press, and after that once every 30 days. Numbers, streaks, Reserves and rankings are for fun. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
Fair play
Automated pressing, using many devices or connections to inflate results, or any other attempt to manipulate the counts is not allowed. We may remove such presses, reset streaks and limit access.
The Atelier
- The Atelier sells one-time digital items: the Founder seal, crown metals and watches. They change only how Pressaday looks. They never add presses or give an advantage in the game.
- Items are bought through Google Play at the price shown there and belong to your Google Play purchase. On a new phone, use “Restore purchases”.
- Founder seals are numbered in the order they are bought, and only 10,000 will exist.
- Watches earned by pressing depend on the presses made from your device. If you reinstall the app, that count starts again; bought items can always be restored.
Refunds and withdrawal
Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms, and refund requests go through Google Play. Items are delivered immediately: by completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the item is delivered. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Availability
Pressaday is provided as it is. We may change, add or end features, rankings or items. If we ever close Pressaday, we will announce it in the app in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data arising from use of Pressaday. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
